By completing and submitting an order to purchase Products via the Website, you agree to be bound by the Purchase Terms, and the terms of the associated policies and pages below, which together is an agreement between Renovator Store Pty Ltd A.C.N.155 958 848 (we, us, our or Renovator Store) and you:
- Delivery information - we provide comprehensive tracking and delivery estimates where available for you to track your delivery
- Free Freight Protection Policy - we provide replacements for transit damage reported within 5 days and transit loss
- Money Back Guarantee - shop with confidence that you can return for any reason
- Warranty - your rights to get manufacturing defects resolved
Any variation of the Purchase Terms must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Renovator Store. We reserve the right to amend the Purchase Terms at any time.
Unless otherwise agreed with an authorized representative of Renovator Store, the Products must be purchased via the Website(s) (not via email or telephone). If Products are purchased by a method other than the Website(s) you will be sent the summary of the purchase to the email you advise and are responsible for any inaccuracies or errors in the order. Therefore we recommend you check the communications and emails carefully. You must provide full and accurate personal details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon request to finalise an order.
We communicate predominantly by email and do not accept any responsibility for incorrectly provided contact details, your email service reliability, for not regularly checking your email correspondence, or for our communications being directed to your "junk mail". Renovator Store does not accept any responsibility for orders that are declined, delayed, or not accepted due to disruptions with internet connections and services.
USE OF THE PRODUCTS
You agree to indemnify and hold Renovator Store, its officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, employees, and agents harmless from any demand, loss, liability, claims, loss, damage, or claims of expenses made against Renovator Store by any party due to or arising out of or in connection with:
a) the receipt, handling, transport, storage, installation, use or misuse of the Products or their packaging from that time that the Products are at your risk; or
Renovator Store will not be liable to you for any damage, loss, loss of profits, loss of contracts, or loss of data, whether direct, incidental, indirect, special or consequential, arising out of the receipt of, installation of, use of, the misuse of, or in connection with, the Products, whether by you or a third party.
You use the Products entirely at your own risk.
PRICES, CHARGES and GST
The prices quoted on the Website or pursuant to your enquiry are displayed in:
- For RenovatorStore.com.au, in Australian Dollars, inclusive of Australian GST; and
- For RenovatorStore.co.nz, in New Zealand Dollars, not inclusive of New Zealand or Australian GST for the products, but inclusive of Australian GST for the shipping.
For RenovatorStore.co.nz the Purchaser is responsible for any New Zealand Customs or related charges and any New Zealand GST charged as Renovator Store is unable to collect or charge these amounts.
All prices displayed on the Website are intended only to be an invitation to treat, to which you may respond with an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to vary or withdraw the prices displayed on the Website from time to time and without notice to you.
FEES AND CHARGES
Fees and additional charges may apply where an order is cancelled, changed or returned. You are solely responsible for any charges you may incur from your banking or financial institution as a result of purchasing any of the Products.
We accept payment via selected credit cards as displayed on the checkout page of the Website or via selected payment methods linked to your Paypal account. In some cases store credits and promotion credits and gifts available to you can be utilised to pay or partially pay for Products When you submit your order successfully you will be sent a transaction confirmation email confirming receipt of your order. If you do not receive this transaction confirmation within 24 hours of submitting your order, please contact us with your Order Number.
ERRORS AND OMMISSIONS
If a purchase order or transaction contains errors or has ommissions then Renovator Store has the right to rectify such errors or ommissions. This may result in adjustments made to or the cancellation of an order (or part of an order), transaction or account balance and Renovator Store will advise the Purchaser of any adjustments.
We recognize that protection and safety of information relating to your credit card is very important. Therefore, we provide you with a very safe online shopping experience. We use very high strength Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) 128/256 bit encryption to transmit your personal and credit card details. This means absolute security and privacy. SSL is a sophisticated method of scrambling data as it travels from your computer to our website servers.
Our ‘QuickSSL Premium Certificate’ is provided to us by GeoTrust, a leading provider for online security and is verified by the GeoTrust True Site Seal.
The credit card processing on our website is managed in a secure system by National Australia Bank and we do not store or have access to your credit card details at any time.
WARRANTY AND RETURNS POLICIES
By agreeing to and accepting the Purchase Terms, you also agree to the terms of our Warranty Policy and our Money Back Guarantee Policy. This may mean that the return of items might trigger the cancellation of or changes to the discounts the Purchaser received on their order that included the item. Such adjustments will be deductions from any refund processed or might require reimbursements of such discounts from the Purchaser before any return can be processed.
Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method in which they were originally transacted. Any Reno Dollars or rewards that were earned in the initial transaction will be deducted from: (a) the Purchasers account, or (b) the refunded amount. If the Reno Dollars or rewards have been spent, their value will be deducted from the refunded amount.
If a return of an item(s) is approved by Renovator Store then the item needs to be received satisfactorily and accepted under the relevant policy before any despatch of a replacement or any other resolution step can be initiated. Unless otherwise advised by Renovator Store, an item being returned remains the property of the Purchaser until Renovator Store accepts it as a satifactory return, and therefore any transit risk of loss or damage is bourne by the Purchaser. Therefore Renovator Store recommends the Purchaser arranges appropriate tracking and insurance for any return shipment.
Any item(s) that is not accepted back by Renovator Store or the Manufacturer under the returns policies remain the property of the Purchaser. Renovator Store will request instructions for the return shipping or pick up of such item(s) back to the Purchaser. However, if after 5 busienss days instructions are not provided that Renovator Store can assist with then Renovator Store will seek to return the item(s) to the shipping address on the original order using standard methods and deduct the cost of any handling and shipping from the Purchaser's store credit balance.
PROCESSING OF PURCHASES
Unless otherwise stated in the product information on the Website, we only typically process orders on weekdays (Monday to Friday and excluding public holidays in Victoria) and typically ship your Products by the next business day following your order being finalised. Renovator Store reserves the right to withhold the shipping of your ordered Products if it wishes to seek further information from or verify information with you.
Renovator Store reserves the right not to accept international orders, nor to ship to any destination outside of Australia. Renovator Store reserves the right to cancel any order or part of an order if it cannot obtain shipping prices or terms that it determines as acceptable from its default carriers to the nominated delivery location.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of your order. If you enter an incorrect address, we will not be obliged to retrieve the Products sent or re-send the ordered Products to the correct address at our expense.
Shipping of ordered Products will be via Australia Post or our other preferred courier service(s). Any and all delivery insurance will be voided if the delivery address is not valid, is a PO Box or third party location, or if you provide authority for Products to be delivered without a signature. Depending on the Products ordered, Products within a single order might arrive to you at separate times. This is because we may send the Products in separate parcels or the Products may be sent via separate distribution centres.
We cannot guarantee delivery times. However, estimated delivery times are provided by Renovator Store for delivery within Australia on the Delivery Information Page. It is the Customer's reponsibility to liaise with the courier group nominated by Renovator Store in relation to delivery time and date. Ordinarily, the courier service nominated by Renovator Store will deliver Products during local business hours. It is possible that shipping and factors outside of our control may result in delays. Renovator Store does not accept any liability for loss or damage suffered by anyone as a result of such delays.
A parcel is deemed to be delivered soundly to the intended recipient if the carrier provides evidence of a signature on delivery at the delivery adddress provided by the Purchaser. Renovator Store provides protection to customers through its Free Freight Protection Policy to ensure you receive a replacement if lost in transit or the item is rectified if damaged in transit - important terms and conditions apply.
RETURN TO SENDER TERMS
If an item(s) is not delivered and returned to sender the item(s) remain the property of the Purchaser.
If an order sent to you is returned to us (Return to Sender) as it was deemed undeliverable after a period of time by the nominated courier, then we will determine if there was an error, action or inaction by us or by you that caused the return. If the error, action or inaction was caused by us then we will correct the issue and promptly resend the order at our cost. However, if the Return to Sender is due to an error, action, or inaction on your part, including providing an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, not providing a Company Name for a business address, refusing delivery, or not being available to take delivery (the carrier normally allows up to 2 weeks to re-attempt delivery before actioning a Return to Sender), then we reserve the right to pass on the additional charges we incur for the Return to Sender freight, and the freight to resend to you.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
You are entitled to cancel your order if you can contact our service team before the order is processed for despatch. The cancellation will be subject to the service team confirming it has been able to cancel the processing of the despatch request. If your order has already been processed for despatch then we cannot confirm the cancellation.
Renovator Store may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the Products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur. You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.
GIFT CARDS & PROMOTIONS
Misuse of or unintended consequences of Gift eCard or promotional codes and deals may result in the suspension or termination of the associated Order(s) and/or Gift eCard(s) and/or voucher(s). Renovator Store reserves the right to cancel any Order or Gift eCard or voucher at any time, without notice, for any reason. In event of such a cancellation, any actual payments received by Renovator Store will be promptly refunded. Renovator Store does not accept any responsibility for orders that are declined, delayed, or not accepted due to misuse or unintentional consequences of Gift eCards or promotional deals.
Renovator Store is not responsible for loss, theft, or unauthorised use of the Gift eCard. You should safeguard the Gift eCard as if it were cash. Gift eCards cannot be replaced or reissued if lost or stolen, unless you provide verifiable proof of eligibility deemed sufficient by Renovator Store in its discretion.
PRODUCTS MISSING FROM AN ORDER
In the event that a product is missing from an order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and the product code or product name of the product you ordered, and we will make the appropriate investigations.
PRODUCTS DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT
Renovator Store provides free protection for damage and loss during transit to your nominated address, subject to important terms as outlined in this section and the policy. This Freight Protection Policy forms part of these Purchase Terms
We require you inspect all items from your order on arrival. If there is obvious damage on delivery we recommend you do not accept or sign for the damaged items, as this may waive your rights in regards to rectification for the damage, and contact our Service Centre as soon as possible. The customer must contact the Renovator Store Service Centre with details of the damage within 5 business days of the delivery of the affected Products, and abide by the terms and conditions of this policy.
By agreeing to these Purchase Terms, you also consent to receive further electronic communications from:
- us in relation to the receipt, invoicing, status and shipment of, or any other relevant information regarding, your order(s),
- us in relation to the Renovator Store business, including information relating to products, competitions, promotions, special offers and any other commercial message,
- us in relation to the status of your acccount including any credits or rewards balances, and
- third parties that we authorise to invite you to review our service and/or products.
Of course, you may at any time unsubscribe from receiving any of the electronic commercial messages from the categories above. Simply click on the "unsubscribe" link within the communication or email the sender.
The laws of Victoria, Australia govern this agreement.
